online dating

Published by at 7:08 pm under Uncategorized

I think this article is interesting. I have a very good friend who met his, now fiance online. When they first started dating, he freely told me and anyone else who cared to listen that they met online. Now that they are engaged, however, if someone asks him how they met, they both get dodgy and say “mutual friends.”

The article says that you are more likely to lie about it if it’s a new relationship so that is kinda weird. It’s also very weird to me because I guess they forgot that I know where they really met so it’s totally bizarre when they are trying to rewrite history.

Everyone online dates, people! Be proud you met your sweetie!

Personally in this era of singledom and knowing how hard it is to connect with someone. It really doesn’t matter how you meet or what you tell people, but what does matter is that you found someone to share your life. In this hectic, impersonal era online dating is an easy way to meet people – finding the connection is the hard part.
