Mail Order Exclusive Rapunzel MLP as barometer for the economy

Published by at 10:25 pm under My Little Pony

I used to have a theory that the only true barometer for the economy was how My Little Pony Mail Order Exclusive Rapunzel was selling. When she was selling for around $500 on eBay, that meant that the economy was a little cruddy. When she was selling for around $800 on eBay, the economy was on an upswing. The most I have ever seen her go for was $899.

This theory worked and held strong for many years. I used to spot check her all the time.

With this logic in mind, she should be selling for $1.50 right now, right?

Let’s see, the last one sold on eBay for. . . $1,290.65.

Well, there goes that theory.
