Whew! Good night, people, good night!

Published by at 2:09 am under On Writing,Works in Progress

I just decided to re-write Chapter 6 from scratch instead of mutating the two other Chapter 5s. I think its better this way, though I did just get rid of yet another huge plot point that has been in there since the very first draft but I am over it. I will add it in another book someday. In cutting it out, though, I added a really cool weird connection thingie for a future book so I am excited about that.

I have the Prologue through Chapter 8 done minus Chapter 7 which I skipped because it needs a total overhaul.

8 / 40 chapters. 20% done!

I am still missing Chapter 11 but I will find it tomorrow. I am tired and I suspect I am getting sick. But we are on pace and I am still at 4 chapters a day to finish this thing which is still madness but totally doable. I am feeling good about life at the moment, minus the 2 AM and the sick and the lost chapter 11.

And you know what? I am dumb for not working on this all along and a nut for trying to cram all this in now but I think I might actually be able to pull this off which is awesome on an epic level! I hope I can honestly do it. Mind you, this is 2 AM I’m so tired I forget how much real work I have to do talking so we’ll see.

Night all!
