Vardiello
by Hillary DePiano
a modern adaptation of the 17th century Italian fairy tale by Giambattista Basile
Vardiello may not be very smart… or nice… or useful at all, but his poor old mother still loves him. Even if she still has to treat him like a hopeless child when he’s a grown man. But when Vardiello’s selfishness costs them everything, will it be enough to push them both over the edge?
