If you follow me on Twitter, I actually discussed this a little already there so I am a little late to the party in posting this on the blog as this article was posted on June 2nd (where does the time go, I ask you?).
The Lumberjack Log is an online high school newspaper that currently has The Love of Three Oranges by yours truly as the #1 featured story. R. A. High School in Longview, WA performed the play back in May of 2009.
The article is really adorable. The website is only half-set up so I don’t know if the kids set it up themselves or what because there are pages with the default text on them. Either way, it is really cool to know that they had so much fun performing and watching the show. That’s why I do this people.
You can read their article (with a photo) about Three Oranges here.
Also, you can find a very cute “review” of about a paragraph here.
Food for thought: Just about all of the “fans” that write to me about Three Oranges are in high school. Just about every group that performs Three Oranges is a high school aged group.
So this begs the questions, once all these high school kids are adults in 5 to 8 years, doesn’t that mean I should be able to take over the world?
