There’s a special section on the Playscripts website that serves as a portal for high school productions and drama classes. Divided into full length plays and short plays, it shows the best selling high school plays since Playscripts opened its virtual doors in 1998. In addition to the popular stand-by’s they’ve also featured a few newly published plays as starred recommendations. And look what their #2 recommended full-length play for high schools is…

OK, you may have seen that coming. 😉

The play listed at #1 is also the play directly above Three Oranges in the list of most popular adaptations. I’d be mad about it but, let’s be honest, Miss Nelson is Missing! is a classic children’s book so it’s hard to begrudge it.
